Role Overview:
As a Microwave Assembly Technician, you will be integral to our production team in Morgan Hill. Your primary responsibilities will include performing precision assembly tasks under a microscope, which may involve:
  • Die-attach
  • Gap welding
  • Ball bonding
  • Wedge bonding
  • Epoxy attachment
  • Various soldering processes
Additionally, you will conduct product testing and verification to ensure the highest quality standards are met. You will report directly to the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in die-attach, gap welding, ball bonding, wedge bonding, epoxy attachment, and soldering processes
  • The ability to interpret assembly drawings and procedures, including adherence to Anritsu's microelectronic workmanship standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work on diverse products and processes
  • Strong teamwork skills

Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $20/hr to $32/hr, reflecting the candidate's experience, education, and market considerations.
