About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Ann Arbor Ministry Leader. As a key member of our Central Ohio ministry team, you will be responsible for launching and developing a ministry location at the University of Michigan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with university staff and establish partnerships with local churches to mobilize volunteers and host events.
  • Mentor at least one international student and share the love of Jesus on campus.
  • Register IFI as a recognized student organization and maintain a good relationship with other campus international organizations.
  • Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships for the budgeted needs of the role.
Qualifications
  • Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.
  • Faithful in sharing the faith and hospitality to international students, as well as mentoring believers to do the same.
  • Well-organized, takes initiative, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.
Education and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people required.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in cross-cultural contexts, preferred.
