{"h1": "Ann Arbor Ministry Leader Position", "p": "International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a faith-based organization seeking a dedicated Ann Arbor Ministry Leader to join our team. As a Ministry Leader, you will be responsible for launching and developing a ministry location at the University of Michigan, building relationships with university staff, establishing partnerships with churches, and mentoring international students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Launch and develop a ministry location at the University of Michigan
* Build relationships with university staff and establish partnerships with churches
* Mentor international students and share the love of Jesus on campus
* Register IFI as a recognized student organization and maintain good relationships with other campus international organizations
* Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships for the budgeted needs of the role

Requirements:

* Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
* Faithful in sharing the faith and hospitality to international students
* Well-organized, takes initiative, able to work independently or collaboratively
* Flexible and adaptable
* Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications

Education/Experience:

* Demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people required
* Bachelor degree
* Experience in cross-cultural contexts, preferred
