Overview
The individual in this role will oversee the daily functions, events, and volunteer efforts at a community senior facility. This includes ensuring the delivery of group meals, offering information regarding transportation options, and developing engaging activity programs that promote health and enhance digital literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the organization of activities, distribute materials, and maintain a tidy and orderly environment.
- Facilitate meal service for individuals with mobility challenges during lunch setups.
- Manage physical documentation and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 15 lbs as needed.
- Participate actively in both virtual and face-to-face meetings, fostering effective communication with colleagues, team members, and community stakeholders.
- Utilize computer systems extensively for data management and other essential tasks.
Work Schedule
This is a part-time position, typically requiring work on Mondays and Fridays.
