Job Description

Role Overview

As a Senior Store Experience Lead, you will be the face of Rebag, responsible for building rapport with customers, capturing leads, and converting them into sales. You will work closely with the sales team to drive sustainability in the fashion industry and create exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to Rebag and make their journey a memorable and exciting experience.
  • Identify and overcome objections, including quoted items, financing options, and customer education.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the sellers' final transaction, including receipt of final payment.
  • Contribute ideas toward improving Rebag's sales and trade experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a mastery of all Rebag products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proactively update our CRM system to ensure accurate customer experience information is captured.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are to standards.
  • Assist management in developing the sales team to deliver best-in-class knowledge and experience to every customer.
  • Lead the sales team to success by achieving monthly sales quota.

  • Able to present a case study on the industry and what makes Rebag a leader.
  • Comfortable standing on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Lead by example at all times.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 40 lbs based on needs of the role.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.

Salary Range

$50,000-$65,000, with variable up to $12,000.
