Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team and work closely with the Sales teams to deliver excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide high-quality service sales skills.

This role involves working with interoffice departments to ensure seamless order processing from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and meet the needs of our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple customer interactions via phone and email.
  • Process customer orders and credit memos accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to answer customer questions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
  • Punctual with strong attention to detail and dependability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
