Site Supervisor, Newborn Hearing Screen Specialist

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and administration of newborn hearing screen programs at multiple sites. This includes staffing, training, and quality control to ensure that all eligible babies are screened as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager and prior experience with newborns and/or in a medical setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer newborn hearing screen programs at multiple sites.
- Staff and train site personnel to ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate and timely screening of eligible babies.
- Collaborate with the Data Management team to resolve any questions or issues related to data reporting.
- Ensure all reports are completed within the designated timeframe.
- Monitor and review medical sponsor reports for timely submission and follow up as necessary.
- Complete all necessary state and hospital reporting, and serve as the primary point of contact for hospital questions and concerns.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed, and ensure necessary support and maintenance.
- Use discretion in determining the frequency of onsite visits, and provide hearing screen coverage in situations where there is no alternative coverage available.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager.
- Prior experience with newborns and/or in a medical setting.
