Compensation: Up to $20.00 per hour plus a $500 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will be responsible for delivering essential services to students in alignment with program objectives and each student's Individual Treatment Plan. Building connections with students is crucial for fostering understanding, compassion, and facilitating treatment progress. Your role will involve:
- Ensuring 100% supervision of students to maintain their safety throughout the overnight shift.
- Assisting in the completion of bedtime routines and preparing students for the day.
- Conducting regular bed-checks and providing crisis support as needed.
- Engaging with students to celebrate successes and reinforce positive behaviors.
- Participating in planning and executing meaningful programming that promotes personal growth.

Qualifications:
