Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure operational reliability and efficiency
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance team, including mechanics, electricians, and technical crafts personnel
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and capital projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with plant managers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with equipment vendors and suppliers
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Maintenance, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or engineering
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Experience with Automated Control Systems, Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Process Control (PCs)
  • Lean manufacturing principles and 5S deployment experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Maintenance, Engineering, or related field
  • Project management experience, including capital project development and cost estimation
  • Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Strategy
