Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Hannaford Supermarkets. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our pharmacy department by providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and supporting our pharmacy team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Personalize the customer experience by using your skills and product knowledge to problem solve and offer solutions that meet or exceed customers' expectations.
• Assist pharmacists with filling and processing prescriptions, while learning from and leaning on their expert knowledge and experience.
• Perform clerical functions such as filling, organizing, and supporting the pharmacy team.
• Adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• Current national certification with up to date CE requirements.
• Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Effective interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet minimum age and educational requirements.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
