Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated family medicine physician to lead our team. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel of 14 patients per day, providing high-quality medical care and navigating complex cases with confidence.
- Work collaboratively with a talented team of NPs, RNs, LPNs, and CMAs to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with 32 patient hours and 8 administrative hours per week, allowing for work-life balance and personal fulfillment.
- Benefit from a 1:11 call ratio, which can be managed from the comfort of your own home, promoting flexibility and reduced stress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
- Strong clinical skills, with expertise in managing chronic conditions and providing preventative care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and referring physicians.
- A valid medical license and any necessary certifications or registrations.
