We are seeking a seasoned Hospitalist physician to join our dynamic team in rural Vermont. As a key member of our healthcare community, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and success of our hospital.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary range of $250,000-$300,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, emergency medicine physicians, and CRNAs, to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a Hospitalist or Nocturnist, with a strong track record of providing excellent patient care in a rural health setting.
  • Vent management experience is essential, and proficiency in running codes is highly desirable.
