Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Feast Enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

The Restaurant Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, including guest service, order taking, and cash handling. You will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and providing coaching and feedback to your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service:
    • Ensure all guests receive an exceptional experience through timely and accurate order taking, preparation, and delivery.
    • Greet guests warmly and provide personalized attention throughout their visit.
    • Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance and address areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team engagement and morale.
  • Operations:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house, ensuring seamless execution of procedures and protocols.
    • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and execution of orders.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
    • Provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or equivalent role in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, customer service, and team leadership.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
