Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to the care plan.

Team Leadership:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
Experience:
  • One to two years of experience as a Lactation Consultant/Specialist is preferred.
Certifications:
  • International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification must be acquired within 12 months of hire and maintained.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to develop effective nursing care plans.
  • Ability to provide a wide range of professional nursing services.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Licenses:
  • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
