We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Management Advisor to provide thoughtful and meaningful wealth planning and investment management advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, businesses, and non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Customized Financial Plans: Create comprehensive financial plans aligned with client goals and circumstances.
  • Identify and Cultivate New Relationships: Identify, solicit, and cultivate new relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, professional service companies, non-profit and foundation clients.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Deliver high-quality client service and make recommendations to address unmet needs and enhance existing relationships.
  • Execute Sales and Market Development Plan: Effectively execute sales and market development plan addressing referrals from existing clients, line of business partners, and centers of influence.
  • Communicate Complex Strategies: Explain complex strategies in easy-to-understand and concise terminology.
  • Present Investment Opportunities: Deliver high-quality presentations and clearly convey wealth management's unique value proposition, investment philosophy, and range of investment and non-investment solutions beneficial to the client.
  • Monitor Client Relationships: Meet regularly with clients to review and update financial plans, present investment performance, and relay the firm's market and economic outlook.
  • Comply with Regulations: Monitor Wealth Management policies on an ongoing basis for regulation compliance.
  • Understand Bank Policies: Understand the bank's mission, organizational structure, employee orientation guide, bank security, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
  • Maintain Profitability: Maintain profitability of Wealth Management client relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 or more years of success in trust and investment sales to high-net-worth clients.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or other related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong sales skills, ability to recognize sales opportunities, and drive to pursue them vigorously.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of emotional intelligence, ability to read situations accurately, and professional appearance and manner.
