Electrical Engineer

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, build, and test advanced electronics and RF systems. The successful candidate will contribute to multi-disciplinary teams executing advanced research and developing systems critical to National Security.
Responsibilities include electronics and/or RF design, hardware development, system integration, field data collection, data analysis, documentation and reporting, communication with sponsors and the community, and the independent creation of solutions to technical challenges.
Requirements include a M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field with directly relevant work experience, or a B.S. and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Significant coursework, interest, and experience with analog / digital electronics design, power system design, RF design, radar applications, satellite subsystem development, PCB layout, or test automation are also required.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to interact with others respectfully and develop productive working relationships, demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication, and familiarity with C/C++, MATLAB, Python, or other scientific programming languages.
