Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role is responsible for meeting or exceeding service goals in the management of a district of routes. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and route sales skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a district to be a highly productive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed service goals in the management of a district of routes
- Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding customer service through regular meetings, daily check-ins, and open communication
- Manage retention and growth by motivating the district to solicit new customers, up-sell/cross-sell/sample all lines of service or product
- Monitor and report competitive activity, and oversee promotions, contests, and continued excellent customer relationships
Requirements:
- High School graduation or similar experience
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Good time management skills and team player
