Data Engineer for Astronomical Catalogs

**Job Description:** As a Data Engineer for Astronomical Catalogs, you will be responsible for designing and developing tools for astronomical catalogs and services. You will also participate in catalog metadata management development and develop software tools for enhancing catalog data exploration.
**Estimated Salary:** $130,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the scientific use of catalogs and strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
**Requirements:***
- Expertise in catalog data management
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with large datasets processing and development
- Effective communication skills
**Desirable Skills:**
- Experience with AWS Cloud related tools/services
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD process
