Autism and Developmental Disability Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Kelberman Center Inc. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals and families affected by autism and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Conduct psychotherapy, intake screenings, and clinical assessments.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
**To be successful in this role, you will need:**
- A valid NYS LCSW license.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- An excellent understanding of the principles of behavior analysis and developmental psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
