About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team at LinQuest. As a key member of our agile software development team, you will play a critical role in supporting users of our GIANT software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support users with analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with the GIANT software
  • Coordinate and provide user-based training
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop software to predict the performance of current and future GPS and other PNT sensors in operational scenarios
  • Support the development and documentation of test plans, reports, and automation scripts
  • Execute and monitor testing to identify and document software defects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer support and troubleshooting experience
  • Training instructor/teaching experience
  • Experience testing software and automating test
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working as a member of an agile software development team
  • Experience with Robot Framework or other test automation framework
  • Experience working with the GPS Interference And Navigation Tool (GIANT)
  • Experience working with Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), Global Positioning System (GPS), GLONASS, or Galileo
