Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and selling repairs to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment, including variable speed units, contactors, and capacitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including communicating effectively with customers and selling repairs
  • Use iPad and Service Titan software to manage service calls and customer interactions
  • Operate company-provided truck, phone, and iPad, and wear company uniforms
  • Work limited on-call shifts, with no calls taken after 8pm, and a rotation every 6 weeks

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
  • Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
  • Ability to use iPad and Service Titan software
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • EPA Certification and TDLR, Nate preferred
