As a Neuroscience Director at NielsenIQ, you will play a critical role in helping our clients unlock the 'why' behind consumer decisions. You will lead the development and implementation of neuroscience-led capabilities that drive growth and success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a subject matter expert on behavioral science, neuroscience learning, and methodology, providing insights and guidance to the commercial team, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute neuroscience and behavioral science-driven insights to analyses, ensuring that our clients receive actionable and data-driven recommendations.
- Be responsible for the scientific review and approval of all study inputs, maintaining quality standards for protocol design, experiment design, subject recruiting, data acquisition, and analysis.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success and Sales teams to deliver results and proposals to clients, ensuring that our neuroscience solutions meet their business needs.
- Effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise recommendations.
- Drive awareness and interest in NielsenIQ's neuroscience-based tools and solutions, working closely with our sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Work with our broader team of neuroscientists, product leaders, customer success, and sales teams to develop and deliver thought leadership, ensuring that our clients receive the latest insights and best practices in neuroscience-driven marketing.
- Be proactive in identifying and solving inefficiencies in our processes, ensuring that we optimize our investments of time, resources, and staff.
- Participate in recruitment efforts for NielsenIQ, particularly in neuroscience-related roles, and help train our customer success, sales, and broader teams on neuroscience ideas, behavioral science principles, and methodology.
- Work effectively across multiple teams and with people of varying levels, providing leadership and insight to our customer success, operations, sales, product leadership, and neuroscience teams.
- Demonstrate strong client service skills in daily interactions and help coach others on client interaction and science representation.
