Onbase Supervisor

Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled Onbase Supervisor to join our team. As an Onbase Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Onbase Document Management solutions for our clients. • Manage and maintain Onbase Document Management solutions
• Provide technical leadership and support to the Onbase team
• Design and implement Onbase solutions tailored to the organization's needs
• Develop and maintain expertise in emerging technologies and vendor roadmaps
• Act as liaison to IT and all County Departments regarding Onbase projects and implementations

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 7+ years of Onbase Administration experience
• 5+ years of Management experience
• Advanced working knowledge of current Onbase Systems Administration
• Ability to design and implement Onbase solutions tailored to the organization's needs

• Onbase Certified System Administrator
• Onbase Certified Workflow Administrator
• Ability to mentor team members and provide constructive feedback
