Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our crew, you will:

  • Break concrete as required for various projects.
  • Install I-beams against basement walls.
  • Work with dimensional lumber to support structural integrity.
  • Assist in excavating soil around foundations.
  • Install structural steel below grade.
  • Repair and maintain both interior and exterior drain tiles.
  • Rebuild block walls and finish concrete surfaces as needed.

Our projects may involve lifting structures off their foundations to perform necessary repairs. You will operate construction vehicles, including trucks with trailers, skid steers, and excavators. We are committed to training our employees to operate all equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Applicants must be able to:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Climb in and out of excavations.
  • Work in various weather conditions typical of the region.

Starting pay for laborers is $17 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and leadership roles within the company.
