Position Overview:
The Customer Service Excellence Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of significant customer accounts within our strategic clientele. This position serves as a crucial support to the Account Manager and is responsible for fostering and maintaining robust relationships with key contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and respond to load tenders in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Facilitate spot quote opportunities for load tenders outside of contractual agreements and manually construct loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS) for customers not utilizing EDI.
- Coordinate order scheduling through customer communications, ensuring compliance with service hours and transit timelines for timely deliveries.
- Act as the primary contact by proactively informing customers of service disruptions or equipment limitations while nurturing relationships with daily contacts across assigned accounts.
- Monitor and track scheduled loads to ensure accuracy in data for prompt billing and collections.
- Develop a foundational understanding of all assigned backup accounts to guarantee precise execution during the absence of other Service Representatives.
- Manage customer service expectations and engage in regular account reviews with customers and assigned sales executives to identify growth opportunities, coordinating efforts with the Account Manager and Sales Executive.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong proficiency in computer operations, typing, and 10-key data entry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptability to organizational changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge gained through up to 12 months of relevant work experience.

This position is based in an office environment.
