This opportunity offers autonomy and flexibility, allowing professionals to establish their days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule.

We provide fair market value for equipment and instrumentation, as well as administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (where permitted by state regulations). Our lease agreement requires minimum qualifications, including a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school, valid state optometry license, General Liability Certificate, and Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
