Responsibilities:

* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using approved selling practices and guidelines
* Meet or exceed associate performance standards consistently
* Understand website navigation and leverage technology to facilitate the customer experience and provide customer solutions when products are not available in the store
* Maintain current knowledge of merchandise lines, product features, benefits, and availability
* Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, and exchanges
* Complete required training in the expected timeframe and participate in ongoing learning opportunities
* Partner with other selling and sales support associates and cashiers to provide superior customer service

Requirements:

* Day, evening, and weekend availability for Full-Time roles
* Flexible scheduling for Part-Time openings
* Starting pay is $ during the training period; once the training period is completed, pay will remain at $ per hour, with the ability to earn a sales bonus per pay cycle based on individual sales contribution exceeding the location's bonus level
