Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer I to join our team at Three Point Solutions. As a Product Engineer I, you will play a critical role in the design, testing, and analysis of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop product solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure product validation.
• Work closely with the design community to ensure product design meets customer needs.
• Identify and prioritize product development opportunities to drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure product knowledge is shared across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4-year engineering degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests.
• Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
• Ability to communicate within a cross-functional team across multiple sites and drive results.
• MS Office experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field tests.
• Hands-on skills and aptitude with mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical systems.
