Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all assigned duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Conduct resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours to deliver quality nursing care.
  • Verify resident identification prior to administering care or serving meals to ensure accuracy.
  • Report any missing identification bands to the admission coordinator without delay.
  • Maintain cleanliness by making beds and sanitizing bedside and overbed tables.
  • Ensure that water pitchers are clean, filled with fresh water, and accessible to residents.
  • Carry out additional duties as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
