The Behavior Technician PositionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the privilege of helping our young clients develop meaningful skills, including communication, socialization, self-care, and school readiness.
You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals, including teachers, parents, BCBAs, and behavioral health specialists. Our Behavior Technicians are trained to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with all initial credentialing fees paid by FirstSteps.
We offer a competitive wage, with opportunities for multiple pay increases throughout the year. Our benefits package includes full and part-time work schedules, paid time-off, anniversary PTO awards, compensation for drive time and mileage, and more.
What We're Looking For- A passion for working with children and families
- Experience in child development, psychology, or a related field
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance
- Reliable transportation and a non-reactive TB test
