The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in sourcing fresh produce, with a strong understanding of both FOB and local market dynamics.

This role entails ensuring optimal purchasing decisions, maintaining appropriate margins, and accurately managing costs and selling prices within our systems.

Our operational area encompasses several states, including CA, TX, WA, OR, NV, AZ, OK, UT, and CO.

The specialist will engage regularly with our produce managers, conduct site assessments, and provide updates to the Category Manager consistently.

Our mission is to uphold the highest standards of quality and freshness in our products while ensuring sufficient stock levels to enhance sales and profitability.

Essential skills include a deep knowledge of local markets, effective communication, multitasking abilities, and a strong passion for the produce sector.
