Job Title: Bond and Surety Manager

Job Summary:

KORE Insurance Holdings LLC is seeking a highly skilled Bond and Surety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for producing and managing new business, providing exceptional service and insurance advice to clients, and developing strong business relationships with carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and manage new business write-ups, client contacts, and marketplace submissions.
  • Analyze surety financial ratios and recommend/suggest surety parameters.
  • Obtain bond approvals from company underwriters and exceed client surety bond programs.
  • Attend client/surety meetings to establish or renew surety programs based on analyzed surety financial ratios/results.
  • Attend surety company and/or association events.
  • Assist with bond claims and process various surety bond requests.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred, five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Insurance License required.
  • Experience in a similar position at a retail brokerage or agency required.
  • Applied Epic experience highly preferred.
