The role of a Senior Water Restoration Technician encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Interacting with and educating homeowners about the restoration process
- Maintaining thorough documentation such as sketches, readings, photographs, and notes for each project
- Performing water extraction and setting up drying equipment
- Assessing which materials can be salvaged and which need to be discarded
- Responding to emergency service requests during business hours and on designated on-call days
- Leading water restoration projects while mentoring junior technicians
The ideal candidate will possess:
- The ability to lead by example and establish a positive work environment
- A current ASD/WRT IICRC certification
- 2-3 years of experience in disaster restoration
- Strong communication skills
- A reliable, organized, and hardworking nature
- The capacity to work extended hours and be on-call
- The physical ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- The ability to pass a background check

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, with excellent bonus potential. Overtime pay is available, along with a monthly bonus structure. You can enhance your earnings by taking on emergency jobs during evenings and weekends, with bonuses increasing for each project you lead.
We provide comprehensive onsite and classroom training in Water Restoration, along with IICRC certifications. We value hard work and integrity, promoting from within. Our leadership training and peer coaching programs ensure you have the support needed to lead a successful team.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, with 8-10 days of consistent on-call duty.
