Job Title: Water Restoration Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Water Restoration Technician to join our team at Water Out. As a key member of our disaster cleanup and restoration team, you will be responsible for responding to clients' needs for restoration and disaster cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to clients' needs for restoration and disaster cleanup
  • Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties
  • Develop and implement effective restoration plans
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Willingness to be on call
  • Capacity to lift up to 75 pounds

We offer a competitive wage of $20 - $24/hour, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including medical insurance, 401K, holidays, vacation, paid birthdays off, and a company-paid iPhone. What to Expect:

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be a hero to our clients whose properties have suffered fire or water damage. You will come to work ready and well-trained for the variety of challenges each event brings. You will give the client a firm handshake, look them in the eye, and let them know they can trust our company to do what's best. You will then set about fixing the problem, which often requires removing materials from the home, setting up drying equipment, and monitoring the situation to ensure that all will be well when you leave.

On-Call Schedule:

This disaster cleanup position typically works from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, but the end time will vary depending on the job. One week of on-call service is expected each month, with an after-hours bonus for hours worked while on call.
