As a Resource RN at MelroseWakefield Hospital, you will have the opportunity to provide care in your local community while working as part of a dynamic team.

Job Overview: The Resource RN is responsible for coordinating clinical activities and patient care 24/7, 365 days a year.

This role involves developing and sustaining an environment that promotes excellence in clinical practice and customer satisfaction, while striving for optimal efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective nursing care plans
  • Care for patients with a wide range of diagnoses and co-morbidities
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Massachusetts RN licensure
  • 3 years of RN experience
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Working Conditions:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Evening/Night Shift
  • Every third weekend
