Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention time on any tasks.
- Communicate effectively with IT support staff to ensure the setup process runs smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues when they arise.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or related degree preferred or 5+ years' experience in the IT field or similar combination of education and experience.
- Highly experienced in managing multi-location infrastructure for IT.
- Integration of globally integrated and secure systems set-up.
- Experience with cyber security and monitoring systems.
- Proven track record of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems.
- Experience creating scripts and setting up software for automation.
- Exceptional knowledge of networking technologies.
- Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with MS, SAP, Sales Force, etc. integration.
