Job Title:Revenue Cycle Supervisor
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee the funded billing functions for our company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely billing of funding claims, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:- Billing and Collections: Ensure the accurate and timely submission of funding claims, adhering to regulatory requirements and contract obligations.
- System Management: Oversee the accuracy, reconciliation, and proper utilization of systems used for billing, including ERP, billing systems, and other relevant tools.
- Team Leadership: Foster a productive team environment by establishing clear goals, motivating staff through performance and career development opportunities, and optimizing personnel utilization.
- Training and Development: Develop and recommend training materials, office procedures, and schedules for the department, ensuring staff has up-to-date work instructions, billing knowledge, contract awareness, system updates, and company policy understanding.
- Hiring and Supervision: Responsible for hiring, training, day-to-day supervision, performance evaluations, and salary management of the Revenue Cycle team.
- Communication and Audits: Manage communications and concerns between the department and other internal departments, participate in department audits, and stay informed about relevant regulatory developments related to medical billing and contracting for DME.
- Education: Associate's degree in Business, Health Information Management (HIM), or a related field is required; equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of management experience is required, with at least five years of medical billing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products and billing systems.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a positive attitude during high-pressure situations.
$65,000 - $80,000 per year
