Townsen Memorial Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Manager to lead our surgical services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all department functions and staff, including surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing.
- Establish effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and vendors.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to meet facility goals and objectives.
- Assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse in the State of Texas; License must remain active and unencumbered while employed.
- Five (5) years clinical experience in the operating room.
- One (1) year in a leadership role.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.
