Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Op/PACU Manager to join our team at i-Health Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Pre-Op and PACU staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and participate in staff training, development, and educational programs.
  • Communicate effectively with the Executive Director and other stakeholders.
  • Assure cost-effective utilization of supplies and equipment.
  • Establish and enforce continuous quality improvement data collection and activities.
  • Schedule employee and case assignments.
  • Complete employee performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an NLN accredited school of registered nursing.
  • Current licensure as a RN in the State of MN or WI.
  • Two years of PACU experience in the last 5 years.
  • Current member of the American Society of Post-anesthesia Nurses.
  • Two years of leadership nursing experience, preferably in outpatient surgery setting.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced surgery center environment, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
