We are seeking a skilled Assembly Team Member to join our Arlington, TX facility's 3rd shift (10pm-6am) team. As a key component of our organization, you will be responsible for assembling and/or sequencing components to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform cross-training and job rotation to support the team's operations.
- Meet physical demands of the role, including standing for 8-12 hours and lifting up to 15lbs frequently and 50lbs with assistance.
- Work extra hours or shifts as needed to meet customer production requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
