Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at TBC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our distribution warehouse, ensuring efficient fulfillment of customer orders, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse operatives and drivers to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure that warehouse optimization standards are met, including receiving and storing inventory, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of vendor products and services to provide excellent customer support.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure that all maintenance needs are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in daily cycle count processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
  • Perform other duties as requested or needed to support the success of our operations team.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds while bending and twisting.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
