Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, finances, and personnel to optimize pharmacy performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substance offenses
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
