Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the inside and exterior of our properties meet both company standards and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
  • Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff on the status of work
  • Work in an on-call rotation requiring nights and weekend flexibility

Requirements

To be successful as a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license, good driving record, personal vehicle, and auto insurance
  • One or more years of experience in all facets of apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Stellar communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property

Estimated Salary Range: $38,880 - $44,640 per year
