About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza in Thomasville, GA. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments given to your team. Your key responsibilities will include day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will also assist in developing more managers by setting an example and mentoring your team. This role requires active daily encouragement of current team members and recruiting great new people.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including staffing, paperwork, and inventory control.
  • Assist in developing more managers by setting an example and mentoring your team.
  • Provide great customer service and effective service recovery.
  • Ensure high levels of attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and paid vacation time (subject to eligibility requirements).
