About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to join our team as a Surgical Support Specialist at Sono Bello in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with no night shifts or holidays. As an LPN/LVN, you will be part of a dynamic and high-energy work environment where each team member can make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Procedure, Intra-Procedure, and Post-Procedure Support: The role works through the full patient experience, including pre-operative and post-operative visits, assisting with opening and closing duties, preparing instruments and equipment, and charting surgery notes and progress notes.
  • Patient Care: Provides assistance to RNs with patient care, explains treatment procedures, medications, and physician instructions to patients and caregivers, and schedules follow-up appointments.
  • Clinical Skills: Must have valid and current State LVN/LPN License, ACLS certification within 90 days of hire, and sound clinical judgment regarding wound assessment, including signs/symptoms of infection, bleeding, and proper healing.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification: Valid and current State LVN/LPN License, ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited program for LVN/LPN, having successfully passed the state licensing test; Less than 1 year as an LVN/LPN; Experience in a cosmetic surgery center is a plus.
