Front Desk Agent Role at Aimbridge Hospitality

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all guests approaching the front desk
  • Maintain proper operation of the telephone switchboard
  • Handle requests for information, mail, and messages
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel service facilities and hours of operation
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs
  • Deliver guest items and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software
