Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing business plans, managing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve facility goals, including communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
  • Identify and address associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action.
  • Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
  • Manage the maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software, including overseeing the installation of new systems and ensuring necessary repairs are completed.
  • Manage the troubleshooting of systems applications by working with the Information Systems Division and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to others on the application of information and best practices to develop, execute, and improve action plans.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to identify business needs and determine necessary processes and practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
