Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order filling, and shipping.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including productivity, safety, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OSHA and AIB standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
