The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Pricing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating new Customer records in our SAP Master Data Module. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate creation of new Customer records in the SAP Master Data Module
  • Account creation, Partner Function relationship maintenance, and various mass-change transactions
  • Process requests for pricing updates, resolution of quality notifications, and support to users
  • Regularly interface with Sales & Service, Finance, and IT personnel
  • Resolve data issues relating to quote-to-cash transactions
  • Assist with data migration for future ERP implementations
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least two years of focused data management experience in SAP or similar platform
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel (proficient with vLookup, pivot tables, and graphs)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and drive to deliver executional excellence
