Job Description

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work with a school in the Hazleton, PA area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be responsible for all speech services with a caseload of 60 to 65 students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing student communication skills and identifying communication disorders
  • Coordinating meetings to present evaluation results and develop treatment plans
  • Instructing support staff in the use of assistive devices and overseeing the implementation of treatment plans
  • Orienting students to communication technologies to support classroom learning
  • Preparing written materials to document treatment progress and convey information
  • Responding to inquiries from parents, teachers, and staff

The successful candidate will possess strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Requirements include:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
  • Pennsylvania SLP license
  • Clearances from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
